WHAT’S INSIDE

THE AGILITY PROGRAM is 3 month long and is for all athletes that want better quickness, endurance, health, multi-directional speed/movement and agility. This program needs weight room access but is not necessary because you can use only the bodyweight exercises and get almost the same results;

if you have weightroom access add AGILITY PROGRAM to your existing lifting plan.

 

THE AGILITY PROGRAM INCLUDES: Detailed speed mechanics, nutritional guidlines, foot training protocols, recovery protocols, healthy human guide and step length for wickets.

  • Pull sled with weight plates (can use bands instead if you don’t have a sled).

HEALTHY HUMAN BASE

This part of the program will make you more elastic, agile and ready to go at any time! Unfortunatly the modern lifestyle of today and the early sport specialization have blocked our natural abilities in most cases and left us injured, unhealthy and in pain. This part of the program is reconnecting the body by developing resilient tendons, strength and superior functional movement.

BEAST ATHLETE BASE

This part of the program helps you become a beast, but you cannot just copy some top athlete’s program like Zach Lavine’s or the best runner’s program because you most likely won’t get healthy results and you’re going to get injured. Why so? Because you don’t have the basic qualities to become a beast BUT, this program will make and develop your qualities needed to become a BEAST. This part trains all the qualities to become a BEAST ATHLETE. By completing this part of the program, you will have the nervous system(brain-body connection), fast-twitch muscle fibers and tendons significantly healthier, durable and improved.

EXPLOSIVE ATHLETE PROGRESSION

By the time the athlete/client has completed the previous parts, the coaches and other people will notice the major improvements. In this part you learn to put together all the basic qualities developed in the previous and turn them into INSANE quickness, multi-directional speed, and elasticity.

SPEED MODE

This part let’s you unleash the BEAST! You’ve trained and developed the basic qualities, explosivenes, quickness and learned the speed mechanics, BUT this is NOT you stop sign. We’ve helped you to get here now it’s time to create the optimal endurance while getting healthier.

RESULTS AND GLAMOUR

This is the part where you become the best version of yourself mentally and physically. At this point we are focusing more on reaction time and rection exercises for the brain-body connection. It’s not enough to get and look athletic, you will PERFORM athletically, you will be able to put all your work and practice into the court/field. You’re a BEAST.
